"Great experience. Ryan Kidwell of FC Pros came out to the house to do 2 removals of old logsets and installations of 2 new logsets, risers and natural gas hookups. He was personable, friendly, very knowledgeable and an expert at what had to be done. He had everything he needed to perform the job and each new installation went perfectly. And he cleaned up everything when he was done. A truly wonderful expert at his job."

"Dan Metzler did an excellent job of fireplace and chimney inspection and cleaning. He used modern technology to inspect the flue and to examine the chimney top and caps with his drone. His photos show some chimney top rusting which will enable us to work with our furnace people to diagnose the problem. Dan is careful and comprehensive with his fireplace brushing, wiping, vacuuming, and cleaning. The fireplace is now spotless! Thank you, Dan!"

"FCPPROS were and are fantastic. Not just a chimney cleaning service they are so much more. Our wood stove chimney system did not always draw well. FCPROS analyzed our system made recommendations and installed those recommendations. From our initial usage the change in performance is quite noticeable. "A wood burning stove would not draw smoke and filled the room with smoke. A call to FCP got a rapid response from Service Tech Josh who conducted an extremely thorough inspection and cleaning. Creosote that looked like chunks of coal as well as 2 buckets of combustion debris came out of the chimney. I didn’t realize how close to a chimney fire I came. I have scheduled already for the next cleaning next spring with FCP and you should too! I recommend FCP."

"I'd give FCP 10 stars if I could! James and Drew rebuilt the top of our very tall chimney, redid the stucco exterior, and inspected the whole thing. They were extremely respectful of our home, and left the work site immaculate every night. When they set up a cement mixer at the end of our driveway, they put it on a huge sheet of plastic to protect the road! Our chimney looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend this company! "
