All systems are required to be inspected and/ or serviced annually by FC Pros in order for any labor, material, or equipment warranty coverage to be upheld. Applicable to manufacturer, distributor, retailer, installer, or service contractor verbal or written policy. Maintenance contracts are available & highly recommended to best ensure that your system can operate as reliably & safely as possible.
INSTALLATION SERVICES
10% deposit due at time of signing, 30% due prior to the ordering of any job specific materials, 30% due on start date, remaining 30% balance to be divided up into progress payments due at the end of each working week until project is appreciably completed. 1 year parts & labor warranty unless otherwise supported by the manufacturer. All fee’s are final & non-refundable.
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
100% payment due upon completion. 90 days parts & labor warranty unless otherwise supported by the manufacturer. All fee’s are final & non-refundable.
FABRICATION SERVICES
100% payment due at time of sale. All fee’s are final & non-refundable.
TIME & MATERIAL LABOR RATE
$165 hour per man plus tax. All fee’s are final & non-refundable.
PAST DUE BALANCES
1% per month plus all collection costs.

RETURNS
Stocking items subject to 25% restocking fee. Special order items are non-refundable.
