"Great experience. Ryan Kidwell of FC Pros came out to the house to do 2 removals of old logsets and installations of 2 new logsets, risers and natural gas hookups. He was personable, friendly, very knowledgeable and an expert at what had to be done. He had everything he needed to perform the job and each new installation went perfectly. And he cleaned up everything when he was done. A truly wonderful expert at his job."

"Dan Metzler did an excellent job of fireplace and chimney inspection and cleaning. He used modern technology to inspect the flue and to examine the chimney top and caps with his drone. His photos show some chimney top rusting which will enable us to work with our furnace people to diagnose the problem. Dan is careful and comprehensive with his fireplace brushing, wiping, vacuuming, and cleaning. The fireplace is now spotless! Thank you, Dan!"

"I love the Fireplace and Chimney professionals. They provide a yearly cleaning and service to our direct vent gas fireplace. We recently had a problem and they came the next day. They always figure out the exact problem, explain it and fix it!!! The ladies in the office Carol and Trish are amazing. They are so kind and efficient. You can call this business and someone answers the phone. I think they deserve a ten plus for that but I rated them as high as I could. Chuck services our fireplace yearly. He is awesome and Mark fixed it yesterday. These men are conscientious and so caring and you cannot find that personality in too many businesses these days."

Josh spent two full days working non-stop on the inpsection and cleaning, yet always took the time to explain things, answer questions, help us understand what he was looking at/for. He even made himself available for follow-up questions. A stand out professional and person! We are very grateful for our very positive overall experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"A quick look at the reviews for FCPros will tell you that they do a great job year after year. I have no doubt that is true; it is why my family choose them to help us with the conversion of a wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. Much to our surprise and worry, the new fireplace didn't quite perform as it should when first installed. Each call we made asking for help was answered politely and with concern, quick responses were scheduled, and the fireplace we had hoped for became a reality. It is one thing to write a 5 star review when all goes well. To do the same when things are difficult tells you that this is a company you can trust and rely on. Our thanks to Matt and Ryan for making sure the result we hoped for happened."

"Josh came today to clean the woodstove chimney, and clean out the dryer vent line. He was friendly and professional, and took great care that the job was done perfectly. My stove was polished and the glass cleaned. He even cleaned some leaves out of a gutter clog for me while up on the roof! above and beyond. I was glad we scheduled in June this year as there was no wait!!"

"Our seasonal cleaning and inspection with FCPros has always exceeded my expectations, and this year's visit by Josh was no different. He's thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Josh patiently and completely answered all my questions about the future maintenance of my wood stove, and he addressed all of my concerns about the stucco on my chimney by performing a detailed inspection and consultation with the home office. We're fortunate to have a business in the area that employs such great customer-focused individuals. Whether you deal with Ryan, Trish, Matt, Jim, Mark, Josh, or any other members of the staff, you're going to be pleased with the result."
