His photos show some chimney top rusting which will enable us to work with our furnace people to diagnose the problem. "A wood burning stove would not draw smoke and filled the room with smoke. A call to FCP got a rapid response from Service Tech Josh who conducted an extremely thorough inspection and cleaning. Creosote that looked like chunks of coal as well as 2 buckets of combustion debris came out of the chimney. I didn’t realize how close to a chimney fire I came. I have scheduled already for the next cleaning next spring with FCP and you should too! I recommend FCP."
