"Dan Metzler did an excellent job of fireplace and chimney inspection and cleaning. He used modern technology to inspect the flue and to examine the chimney top and caps with his drone. His photos show some chimney top rusting which will enable us to work with our furnace people to diagnose the problem. Dan is careful and comprehensive with his fireplace brushing, wiping, vacuuming, and cleaning. The fireplace is now spotless! Thank you, Dan!"

"My furnace guy informed me that my chimney liner needed to be replaced because it was crumbling apart (ugh). He suggested that I reach out to Fireplace and Chimney Professionals as he really liked their work from other homes he had serviced during his 25 years in the business. Trish responded to my email right away and was so pleasant on the phone, fitting me into a spot right away thanks to a cancellation. The tech who came to the house, Josh, was so friendly too and thorough through the entire process. He took video footage of the interior of the chimney walls as well as photos of the exterior from EVERY angle. He didn't judge my "Chimneys for Dummies" blank look on my face when he was explaining things and outlined the plan for correcting the existing issues. They were both just so nice.
