Comprehensive Sweep & Inspection- The first time coming out to your home we do a full Sweep and Inspection from bottom to the top to ensure your safety. What to expect is: Protect our area, Assess installation, Visual inspection of basement, appliance level, attic and roof top. Inspect chase cover and clean chimney cap. Sweep chimney, Scan Flue, Vacuum out firebox, Inspect refractory panels and grate. Document inspection findings and provide inspection report. Ball park estimate are given if we have found any areas of concern.
Annual Sweep & Inspection- This annual sweep and inspection is the service that would be performed after the first initial appointment. The annual appointment is recommended to be done every year.
