Comprehensive Maintenance and Inspection- The first time coming out to your home we do a full Maintenance and Inspection to ensure your safety. What to expect is: Protect our area, Assess overall installation, Remove and vacuum the logs, Clean screen or glass doors, Vacuum side walls & floor, Clear the burner ports, Clean and inspect pilot safety system, Re-assemble fireplace with new glowing embers, Check batteries and remote, Inspect appliance gas line and test flow pressures, Test unit and record operation. Document inspection findings and provide inspection report. Ball park estimate are given if we have found any areas of concern.
