Comprehensive Sweep & Inspection-The first time coming out to your home we do a full Sweep and Inspection from bottom to the top to ensure your safety. What to expect is: Protect our workspace, Visual inspection of basement/ appliance level/ attic, Sweep and inspect venting/chimney, Vacuum appliance firebox, Clean and Inspect baffle and firebricks if necessary, Visual inspection of the firebox, Scan the flue with cameras documenting the flue internally for any areas of concern, Exterior inspection of the chimney including cap/crown/ flashing. Document inspection findings and provide inspection report. Ball park estimate are given if we have found any areas of concern

Annual Sweep & Inspection- This annual sweep and inspection is the service that would be performed after the first initial appointment. The annual appointment is recommended to be done every year. What to expect is: Visual inspection of appliance level and roof top, Clean chimney cap, Sweep venting/chimney, remove/clean baffles if required, vacuum out and inspect firebox. Document inspection findings and offer estimate for recommended repair or improvements.
