New system appointments consist of a comprehensive maintenance and inspection of all accessible points of your stove, fireplace, or chimney. This is done with tarps, HEPA vacuums, flashlights, tape measures, ladders, & internal video cameras. All staff has their own digital device allowing them to submit paperwork & photos on the spot for your convenience. Expect to have one of our friendly techs on site for 2 – 4 hours per system.
RETURNING Customers
Previously documented system appointments consist of an annual maintenance and inspection of all readily accessible points of your stove, fireplace, or chimney. This is done with tarps, HEPA vacuums, flashlights, tape measures, ladders, & hand held cameras. All staff has their own digital device allowing them to submit paperwork & photos on the spot for your convenience. Expect to have one of our friendly techs on site for 1 – 3 hours per system.
