The Role:
As an Apprentice in our Masonry Division, you’ll be learning and growing every day. You’ll work closely with our Foreman and Supervisors to master the skills needed for the job while also helping train laborers and support the team. Whether it’s working on brick-and-mortar projects or developing leadership skills, this role is all about building your future while contributing to our company’s mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and master company processes with guidance from the Foreman and Supervisor.
- Build your mechanical and technical skills specific to the fireplace and chimney industry.
- Help guide and train laborers, sharing what you’ve learned.
- Grow into a leadership role by developing teaching and mentoring skills.
- Strengthen your customer service skills while keeping a growth mindset.
- Live and support our company values, mission, and vision every day.
- Work across different teams as directed, lending your skills where needed.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development through our training programs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Matters: Previous experience in the construction industry is needed, especially in masonry, stucco, brick-and-mortar work, or scaffolding (10-40 ft). While prior fireplace or chimney experience is a bonus, it’s not required.
- Willingness to Learn: You’re ready to grow, both on the job and through formal training.
- Team Player: You can work well with others and support our team values.
- Customer Service Skills: You’re open to learning how to deliver great service to our clients.
- Problem Solver: You’re innovative and love to tackle challenges head-on.
- Driver’s License: You have an unrestricted motor vehicle driver’s license.
