"Dan Metzler did an excellent job of fireplace and chimney inspection and cleaning. He used modern technology to inspect the flue and to examine the chimney top and caps with his drone. His photos show some chimney top rusting which will enable us to work with our furnace people to diagnose the problem. I like the expression "buy quality and you cry once" - basically meaning that you may pay more, which may make you 'cry' - however you will only cry that once.
