Comprehensive Maintenance & Inspection- The first time coming out to your home we do a full Maintenance and Inspection to ensure your safety. What to expect is: Protect our area, Assess overall installation, Clean both sides of glass/screen, Remove and vacuum logs and all media, Vacuum side walls and floor of fireplace, clear burner ports, clean and inspect pilot safety system, inspect gas lines and test gas pressures, and check the remote and batteries. Re-assemble fireplace with glowing embers, test fire the unit. Document inspection findings and provide inspection report. Ball park estimate are given if we have found any areas of concern.
Annual Maintenance & Inspection- This annual maintenance and inspection is the service that would be performed after the first initial appointment.
